We know booking something personal can feel like a lot. Here are clear answers on pricing, policies, and your visit, so you can decide with confidence and show up ready.

Yes a deposit is required to book an appointment.

Appointments are prioritized. Walk-ins are welcome.

Give us at least 12 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. That window lets us fill the slot for another client. Message us on WhatsApp to change your booking.

We won't promise full removal. Saline brow removal is a gradual, non-laser process. Results vary with your skin, pigment, and previous work. Most clients need more than one session. We assess your brows upfront and outline a realistic plan before you commit.

Not every case qualifies. A consultation lets us review your existing shape, colour, pigment saturation, and skin, then recommend the right next step, honestly.

Soak-off and gel removal are separate add-ons unless your booked service already includes them. We confirm any extras before we start.

Touch-up rates for brows and lip blush depend on how long it's been since your last visit. See the time-based tiers under each service above, or reach out if you're not sure which applies.

Custom designs, including 3D art, chrome, charms, stones, cat-eye, and airbrush, are priced by the design chosen. You'll know the total before we begin.
